SOFTAIR USA (CYBERGUN): Soft Air USA is a wholly owned subsidiary and sole US distributor of French Airsoft Gun manufacturer CyberGun. Started in 1983, CyberGun began as an importer and distributor of radio controlled models. Enjoying great success, the company expanded in 1993 and entered into the production of Airsoft Guns, which are also called Soft Air guns in parts of Europe.

CyberGun signed the first exclusive European licensing contract with Smith & Wesson, and this agreement was subsequently extended to the whole world. Over the next ten years, the company began to build its worldwide reputation as one of the premier manufacturers of trademarked replica Airsoft guns. Other big name gun manufacturers soon followed, signing Airsoft gun replica agreements with CyberGun allowing them to use their model trademarked firearm brands. These companies included Colt, Sig Sauer, Desert Eagle, Taurus, UZI, Kalashnikov, and Thompson among others.

In September of 2004, the company signed its 19th trademark license with the pistol firearm manufacturer Beretta.CyberGun in 2002 turned its attention to the US market entering a wholesale distribution agreement with SoftAir, USA. Explosive growth soon followed and in April of 2004, SoftAir was completely bought out by CyberGun becoming a wholly owned subsidiary. CyberGun makes a broad spectrum of Airsoft Gun products. These include a wide range of spring, gas, and electric Airsoft guns. Moderately priced, SoftAir products can be found at local sporting goods and department stores.
