A: No. Airsoft is the collection of non-lethal, realistic shooting replicas of actual firearms, either for display, or for participation in friendly competition called “skirmishes”.
Q: What does it involve?
A: Airsoft is a game that simulates either military or law enforcement combat. The players participate with replica military firearms and military-style tactics.
Q: How big are Airsoft guns?
A: Airsoft is a replica firearm that is normally scaled 1:1. Smaller replicas, called “minis”, are available and are typically “3/4” scaled. These guns are either metal or plastic and fire 6mm round projectiles, called “BBs”, weighing 110-600 milligrams.
